If you aren't feeling well-- PLEASE reschedule!

We ask that you wait 10 days after travel, to schedule your appointment-office visits only.

Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the office

Masks are to be worn at all times during your session

Blankets and pillows will not be provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own for the session

We are sanitizing all surfaces before and after each client and leaving 24 hours between clients when possible.

We have had plenty of time to refine our distance and phone sessions over the past nine months. If you aren't quite ready for an office visit and prefer to relax safe at home for your sessions, we understand and encourage you to trust your instincts. We are happy to accommodate you!
