Stress and anxiety manifests in your body related to changes out of your control. Learn the languages of and basic precepts of Reiki, focus on being present and mindful of your individual choices within each moment, and bring awareness to stresses in our bodies through Mind Body Science. Layer in yoga techniques, such as breath and meditation, to experience healthier transitions.
